Hi, I’m Kate
The creative force behind Kate Nicole Events LLC.
I didn’t stumble into event planning — I ran into it at full speed under the runway lights of New York Fashion Week. Over 10 years ago, I kicked off my career as a Lead Production Assistant, producing high-energy shows alongside top designers and A-list celebrities. It was fast-paced, high-pressure, and totally electric — and I was hooked.
From there, I brought my skills into the corporate world, producing large-scale brand experiences for Under Armour, where I worked with elite athletes and powerhouse internal teams to pull off events that were as bold and impactful as the brand itself.
Today, I run Kate Nicole Events — a full-service planning and coordination company known for flawless execution, sharp style, and next-level client experiences. I lead a team of talented coordinators who share my obsession with the details and my belief that no event should ever feel ordinary.
